Scheduling Meetings

I have been experiencing a high volume of meetings and requests for meetings since the beginning of the year. Meetings of all kinds: ranging from things within the church to things outside the church BUT because of my position in the church, volunteer positions, etc. As a result of this, I'm trying to trim down the multiple e-mail exchanges it sometimes takes to schedule an appointment.
